These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your donation to Bridges of Compassion Foundation ("the Foundation"). By making a donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with your donation.

You agree to promptly update your information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete. c. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation at its discretion, for any reason.
2. Donation Amount: a. By donating to the Foundation, you agree to provide the specified donation amount. b. You acknowledge that all donations are non-refundable.
3. Tax Deductibility: a. The Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization. However, please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax deductibility of your donation.
4. Privacy Policy: a. By donating, you agree to the Foundation’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. b. The Foundation will not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
5. Communication: a. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communication from the Foundation, including newsletters, updates, and other information related to its activities. b. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.
6. Use of Donations: a. The Foundation will use donated funds for its charitable purposes, which may include but are not limited to supporting community projects, providing aid to those in need, and advancing the Foundation’s mission. b. The Foundation reserves the right to allocate donations to the areas of greatest need, as determined by its Board of Directors.
7. Acknowledgment: a. The Foundation acknowledges that no goods or services were provided to you in exchange for your donation, unless otherwise specified.
